IBPS CLERICAL EXAM PATTERN
As per the New IBPS Clerk exam Pattern, the exam follows two-tier pattern – Preliminary and Mains. Both the exams are conducted separately and contains different paper pattern. To understand it completely, please check below-

Note: Candidate needs to qualify each section separately by scoring the cut-off marks. This cutoff marks will be decided by IBPS.

Note: The question paper will be available in bilingually i.e. English or Hindi expects the English section
IBPS Clerk Exam 2017- Penalty for Wrong Answers (Applicable for Both- Prelims and Main Exam):
BILINGUAL TEST: Each and every section will be available in both English and Hindi except English.
NEGATIVE MARKING: There will be the penalty for wrong answers marked in the objective tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one-fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate there will be no penalty for the question.
